Salalah Future City is a mixed-use waterfront development of 10 square kilometres in Salalah, southern Oman, with six kilometres of Arabian Sea frontage. It is planned as a complete new quarter: homes, hospitality, commercial space, healthcare, education and leisure in one framework, delivered in phases with several developers, at a total project value of 1.9 billion Omani rials.

More than 13,300 homes are planned, from apartments to several kinds of villa, in walkable neighbourhoods built around shaded streets, local shops, community facilities and public space, with access to parks, canals and the waterfront. Hospitality runs through the whole plan rather than sitting in one corner, with about 1,200 hotel keys alongside serviced apartments and resort accommodation.

The waterfront is anchored by a marina, public beaches and an unbroken promenade. The existing khors, the tidal inlets, are kept and built into the plan as ecological and tourism assets. Salalah's cooler summers and warm winters make it a year-round destination rather than a khareef one.
