Hawana Salalah is Oman's largest and most diversified Integrated Tourism Complex, set in the tropical Dhofar governorate in the country's south and covering 13.6 million square metres across seven kilometres of white sand beach.

Only a quarter of the land is built on, a deliberate low-density strategy that protects the quality of life and privacy of residents.

The developer, Muriya, is a partnership between Orascom Development Holding and Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN). As an ITC, foreign buyers own freehold, registered through Oman's Amlak system, with full rights to sell, rent or pass on the property.
