Al Yazan is VA Group's development on Muttrah's waterfront in Muscat, between the mountains and the sea, adjacent to Sultan Qaboos Port. Phase 1A is two towers of G+14 floors with 169 apartments, sold on 100% freehold ownership, with an estimated completion date of H1 2029.

The homes range from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, including duplexes with private gardens. Apartment sizes run from 45 to 250 sqm without balcony, and every apartment is handed over unfurnished. The residences sit on a private podium level open only to residents, with a swimming pool, a children's play area, a yoga and relaxation zone, a co-working area, playgrounds and a sports zone, and barbecue spots. The community is gated, with controlled building access.
