AIDA is a luxury coastal destination in Yiti, Muscat, by Dar Global, branded residences, hotel suites, golf villas and mansions with ITC freehold eligibility.

AIDA is a cliff-top destination by Dar Global, developed as a joint venture with OMRAN Group, set on a hilltop more than 100 metres above the sea near Yiti beach outside Muscat.

The centrepiece is Trump International Oman, a USD 500 million development scheduled to open in December 2028. It brings a 140-key five-star hotel with hanging suites, furnished villas and serviced apartments, an 18-hole championship golf course, a members-only club and a cliff-side night club.

The wider project sits among rocky canyons and open beaches, and forms part of Oman's Vision 2040 strategy to broaden the economy beyond oil through high-end tourism and foreign investment.

The site covers 3.5 million square metres on the cliffs, 130 metres above the shore, and holds the Trump International Golf Club, a hotel with floating suites built into the rocks, plazas, restaurants, wellness and fitness centres, and hiking, running and mountain bike trails. Every homeowner receives a social membership of the Trump clubhouse; full golf membership is separate.

AIDA is within reach of five UNESCO world heritage sites, and about 75 minutes by air from Dubai.
